本文件对室内结构模型试验适用的微型位移计的设计,制作及其应用进行了试验研究.现今研制出的位移计,体小质轻,安装方便,适合模型多点自动量测的要求.同时,由于采用电阻式传感元件,因而与使用最广泛的应变测量手段——电阻应变片在仪器系统上达到通用化.在安康重力坝,龙羊峡拱坝的模型试验实际应用中,效果良好.实践证明,该种位移计可以满足模型试验技术条件的大部份要求,精度0.001毫米,量程1毫米.象电阻应变片应用一样使用方便,可以粘贴在模型的表面;但不同于应变片的是,它可以重复多次使用.
This paper studies the design, manufacture and application of micro-displacement meter for indoor structural model test.The displacement meter developed today has the advantages of small size and light weight, convenient installation and suitable for multi-point automatic measurement of the model.
