“两学一做”关键在做,党员要有作为、有担当,越是企业经营发展困难时期,越要发挥模范作用。面对电力市场疲软、电量电价齐跌的严峻形势,发挥好基层党支部的战斗堡垒作用和党员的先锋模范作用,为企业发展承担更多责任是上都发电公司党委工作的重中之重。上都发电公司党委结合企业提质增效重点工作,让每个支部都动起来、每名党员都做起来,在党建工作和中心工作之间架起了一座“责任桥”。
