目的:建立HPLC法测定医院制剂香莲霜中丁香酚的含量。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为C18柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),甲醇-水(70∶30)为流动相,流速1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm;进样量10μL;室温检测。结果:丁香酚在0.02733~1.09312μg/mL范围内进样量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,r=0.9999,供试品溶液在24h内稳定,平均回收率为96.16%,RSD=1.47%。结论:该方法简单快速,精密度高,稳定性较好,结果准确可靠,可以用于香莲霜中丁香酚的含量测定。
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of eugenol in hospital preparations. Methods: The mobile phase consisted of C18 column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm), methanol-water (70:30), flow rate 1.0 mL / min, detection wavelength 280 nm and injection volume 10 μL. Room temperature testing. Results: The elution rate of eugenol in the range of 0.02733 ~ 1.09312μg / mL showed a good linear relationship with the peak area, r = 0.9999. The solution of the eugenol was stable within 24 hours with the average recovery of 96.16% and RSD of 1.47%. Conclusion: The method is simple and rapid, high precision, good stability, accurate and reliable, and can be used for the determination of eugenol in the lotus cream.
