目的:通过研究青海不同产地、不同种的红景天原植物药材中红景天苷和没食子酸的组成成分差异,为全面评价青海红景天属药材质量提供依据。方法:通过反向高效液相色谱法对青海不同产地或不同种的14个红景天样品中红景天苷和没食子酸进行了定量分析,并计算分析各成分间的结构比。结果:不同品种、不同来源的红景天原植物药材中,红景天苷和没食子酸的含量及其组成成分的结构比有较大差异。结论:由于产地、品种的不同,红景天属原植物药材中成分的组成和结构比存在差异性;成分间的结构比的差异性可能是红景天药材药效差异的根本原因,红景天属药材的质量应该从成分量和结构比两方面进行严格控制。
OBJECTIVE: To provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of Rhodiola L. in Qinghai by studying the differences in the composition of salidroside and gallic acid in the different kinds of Rhodiola planta from different habitats in Qinghai. Methods: The contents of salidroside and gallic acid in salidroside from 14 samples of Rhodiola rosea from different regions of Qinghai were analyzed by reverse-phase high-performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC). The structure ratio of each component was calculated and analyzed. Results: The contents of salidroside and gallic acid in Salvia miltiorrhiza from different varieties and sources were significantly different from those of its components. Conclusion: Due to the differences of origin and varieties, the composition and structure ratio of Rhodiola medicinal plants are different. The structural ratio differences among the ingredients may be the root cause of Rhodiola herbs’ The quality of the genus herbs should be strictly controlled both in terms of composition and structure.
