目的:通过对照组比较,探讨使用葛根素在组织缺血再灌注损伤保护中的机制。方法:将50只小白鼠分为两组进行对照治疗,缺血损伤组25只、葛根素组25只,将各组白鼠经过相应的处理措施,测量出每只白鼠的血浆MDA值和血浆SOD活性。结果:缺血损伤组白鼠平均血浆MDA值开始为110μmol/L,1h后为150μmol/L,平均血浆SOD活性开始为350×103 NU/L,1h后为280×103 NU/L;葛根素组白鼠平均血浆MDA值开始为100μmol/L,1h后为120μmol/L,平均血浆SOD活性开始为366×103 NU/L,1h后为340×103 NU/L。结论:葛根素对组织缺血再灌注损伤起一定的保护作用。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the mechanism of puerarin in the protection of tissue from ischemia-reperfusion injury through the comparison of control group. Methods: Fifty mice were divided into two groups for control. 25 rats in the ischemic injury group and 25 in the puerarin group were treated with the corresponding measures to measure the plasma MDA and plasma SOD active. Results: The average plasma MDA in the ischemic group was 110μmol / L, 150μmol / L after 1h, 350 × 103 NU / L and 280 × 103 NU / L after 1h respectively. In the puerarin group, The average plasma MDA in mice began to be 100 μmol / L, 120 μmol / L after 1 h, and the mean plasma SOD activity was 366 × 103 NU / L, 340 × 103 NU / L after 1 h. Conclusion: Puerarin plays a protective role in tissue ischemia-reperfusion injury.
