简述了制定《航天产品研制的标准化工作暂行办法》的意义;结合型号研制标准化工作论述了本办法的作用;并就如何深入学习和做好贯彻准备工作提出了几点看法。
The significance of formulating the “Temporary Measures for the Standardization of Space Products Development” was briefly described; the role of the Measures was discussed in relation to the standardization of model development; and several suggestions were made on how to conduct in-depth study and to carry out the preparation work.
