陕西省榆林地区与所属12个县(市)新建的13个库舍已竣工,库区及配套设施建设全部达到了总部要求的标准。 1995年,榆林地区与军分区联合制定了规划,要求三年内对全区13个民兵武器仓库进行新建。他们采取县(市)财政拨款、人武部自筹、军分区补助的办法,保证了经费的落实。在施工过程中,各县(市)委书记、县(市)长亲临施工现场进行现场办公,解决疑难问题。
The 13 newly-built warehouses in Yulin Prefecture of Shaanxi Province and its 12 counties (cities) have been completed, and the construction of the reservoir area and supporting facilities has all met the standards required by the headquarters. In 1995, the Yulin area and the military subregion jointly formulated the plan, requiring the construction of 13 new militia weapons warehouses in the region within three years. They took the county (city) financial allocation, the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces self-help, military sub-district subsidies approach to ensure the implementation of the funds. During the construction process, county (city) party committee secretary and county (city) chief personally visit the construction site to conduct on-site work to solve difficult problems.
