在我国,职业教育是教育体系当中非常重要的一部分,当代教育体系以及终身教育的建构对于人力资源来强国来说有着非常重要的意义,它可以推动职业教育的发展,将资源进行重新整合与重组,逐步走向规模化和集团化,这种连锁化的办学模式,对于将职业教育办学的体制进一步深化,对运行的机制与人才的培养模式进行改革,使职业教育快速的扩大规模并提高教学的质量起着非常重要的作用。笔者在本文当中对当前高职教育集团化办学当中存有的问题进行了分析,并针对当前运行机制下的问题给出相关对策。
