进入新世纪以来,党中央着眼于世情、国情、党情对党的建设提出的新要求,着眼于党面临的执政考验、改革开放考验、市场经济考验、外部环境考验的长期性、复杂性、严峻性,适时提出了建设学习型社会的战略思想,并把这一思想写入党的十六大报告中。
Since the beginning of the new century, the CPC Central Committee has focused its attention on the new conditions set by the world, its national conditions and the party’s conditions in party building, and has focused on the long-term and complicated challenges the party faces in its administration, reform and opening up, market economy and external environmental tests. Seriousness and timely put forward the strategic thinking of building a learning society, and put this thought into the report of the party’s 16th National Congress.
