工程概述1工程概况本工程为一类高层建筑,地上建筑总面积为61831 m~2,建筑总高度85.10m。地下1、2层为停车场及设备用房(其中地下2层部分战时作为核六级二等人员掩蔽部),地上1层及夹层为公交站及办公用房、2~4层为商业用房,5~18层为办公用房。办公层高3.9m;商业层高4.8m。设计内容:本扩初设计内容包括全楼的冷暖空调系统,地面部分的通风、防排烟消防系统。地下层的通风、防排烟部分不在本设计范围内,详见地下层暖通图纸。
Project Overview 1 Project Overview This project is a type of high-rise buildings, the total area of the ground above 61831 m ~ 2, the total construction height of 85.10m. Underground 1, 2 floors for the parking lot and equipment room (which underground part of the second floor of the war as a nuclear six two second-person shelter), the ground floor and mezzanine for the bus station and office space, 2 to 4 layers for commercial use Room, 5 to 18 floors for office space. The office floor is 3.9m high; the commercial floor is 4.8m high. Design content: The expansion design includes the whole floor of the air-conditioning system, the ground part of the ventilation, smoke and fire control systems. The underground ventilation, smoke control part is not within the scope of this design, see the HVAC drawings.
