Frieze是一个位于伦敦的重要国际艺术机构,旗下有三大杂志:《frieze》、《frieze d/e》和《Frieze Masters》以及三大艺术博览会:Frieze London、Frieze Masterg和Frieze NeW York。由马修·斯洛特瓦尔(Matthew Slotover)和阿曼达·夏普(Amanda Sharp)于1991年创办。2014年8月,Frieze集团在北京举办了“Frieze对话在北京”活动,此次会议邀请多位专家学者,连同多场研讨会,共同讨论了当代艺术与出版业的问题。此次斯洛特瓦尔先生携团队访华,有意与中国艺术市场建立联系。本刊闲此对斯洛特瓦尔先生进行了访问,以期了解其对中国的想法和计划,并呈现给读者。
Frieze is an important London-based international art agency with three major magazines: “frieze”, “frieze d / e” and “Frieze Masters” as well as three major art fairs: Frieze London, Frieze Masterg and Frieze NeW York. Founded in 1991 by Matthew Slotover and Amanda Sharp. In August 2014, the Frieze Group held “Frieze Dialogue in Beijing” in Beijing. The conference invited many experts and scholars, together with several seminars, to discuss contemporary art and publishing issues. Mr. Slotervall’s visit to China with his team intends to establish contact with the Chinese art market. Our magazine paid a visit to Mr. Slotervalt in order to understand its ideas and plans for China and to present it to the readers.
