On November 19, 2013, the regular meeting of the joint implementation department of China Science and Technology Journals International Influential Improvement Plan was held in China Association for Science and Technology. China Science and Technology Association executive vice chairman, party secretary, secretary of the first secretary Shen Weichen presided over the meeting and delivered a speech.
