早老症是一种原因不明的散发性疾病,自从1886年被Hutchinson 首次报道以来,国外曾有71例被描述,国内最近仅6例报道。病因尚未完全明瞭,可能为常染色体隐性或显性遗传。本院20多年来仅见2例,1例材料不足,故仅报告最近收治的较国内报道年龄为小的1例如下。女,5岁半。出生时体重2800克,生后生长迟缓,较同龄儿瘦小,两岁后才开始出牙,至今仅出六枚,上下门齿均缺如。智力发育尚可。纳食及二便正常。平时很少患病。患儿系第二胎,足月顺产,母乳喂养,母孕期体健。父母均健康,非近亲婚配,家族中无同类病
Alzheimer’s disease is a sporadic disease of unknown cause. Since its first report by Hutchinson in 1886, 71 cases have been described abroad and only 6 cases reported recently in China. Etiology is not yet fully understood, may be autosomal recessive or dominant genetic. Our hospital only seen 2 cases in more than 20 years, 1 case of lack of material, it is only reported recently admitted to the domestic reported age is a small one as follows. Female, 5 and a half years old. Birth weight 2800 grams, slow growth after birth, thinner than the same age, began toothing after the age of two, so far only six, the upper and lower incisors are missing. Mental development is acceptable. Nephew and two will be normal. Usually rarely sick. Children with a second child, term full-term, breastfeeding, pregnant motherhood health. Parents are healthy, non-relatives of marriage, no similar diseases in the family
