《企业研发人员创新方法培训和行业创新服务支撑体系构建》项目是由中国科学技术咨询服务中心承担创新方法工作专项项目,充分发挥科协组织人才智力优势和组织网络的优势,组织动员全国学会、地方科协、企业科协和中介服务机构参与到创新方法工作中去,并从企业研发人员创新方法培训和行业创新服务支撑体系构建的构建措施、构建过程中存在的问题以及对以后工作设想与想法三个方面对本文进行探讨。
