当“干部”的经历,对于学生成长的意义不言而喻:促进其积极心态的树立、民主意识的形成、社会能力的发展。这样的锻炼机会,所有学生都有权利获得。作为一种新型的班干部选任方式——轮换制,通过适当增加班干部名额、扩大小岗位设置和定期轮换的形式让更多的学生有当班干部的机会,让面向全体的教育理念得以在班级日常管理中实现。在《班主任之友》针对轮换制组织的网络调研中,我们惊喜地发现,这片方兴未艾的园地里,早已是生机勃勃,众彩竟繁!
