由国家建材局西安墙体材料研究设计院负责起草的《回弹仪评定烧结普通砖强度等级的方法》行业标准审定会于1998年12月20日至22日在浙江省金华市召开.参加会议的有来自建材主管部门、行业协会、科研、质检、生产企业、仪器生产厂等18个单位的19名专家.自1989年JC/T796-89(96)《回弹仪评定烧结普通砖标号的方法》行业标准颁布实施9年以来,由于GB5101《烧结普通砖》两次修订,相关的试验方法及检验规则标准也相继进行了修订,该“方法”标准已不适于评定烧结普通砖强度等级的评定要求,因此,修订JC/T796-89(96)是十分必要的.
The “Standard Method for Evaluating the Strength of Sintered Ordinary Bricks” by the National Bureau of Building Materials Xi’an Wall Materials Research and Design Institute was held in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province from December 20 to 22, 1998. There are 19 experts from 18 departments including building materials authorities, industry associations, scientific research, quality inspection, production companies, and instrument manufacturers. Since 1989, JC/T796-89 (96) “Resilience gauges are used to evaluate the number of sintered ordinary bricks. After the industry standard was promulgated and implemented for 9 years, due to the two revisions of GB5101 ”Sintered Ordinary Brick“, relevant test methods and inspection rule standards have also been revised successively. The ”Method" standard is no longer suitable for evaluating the strength grade of sintered ordinary bricks. Assessing requirements, therefore, it is very necessary to revise JC/T796-89(96).
