民办幼儿园教师流动数量及频率较之前都有所提升,这是现阶段学前教育领域的一大特点。从流动类型上看,主要有三种:教师自主流动型、园所之间流动以及无效流动;从效果上看教师流动既具有积极方面,又有消极方面,而教师合理流动能产生积极效果,因此在分析民办幼儿园教师流动原因的基础上,从政府、民办幼儿园、教师三方面提出了改进策略。
The number and frequency of private kindergarten teachers’ mobility has been higher than before, which is a major feature of the preschool education at this stage. From the perspective of the type of flow, there are mainly three types: the teacher’s independent flow type, the flow between the parks and the ineffective flow; from the viewpoint of the effect, the teacher flow has both positive and negative aspects, and the teachers’ reasonable flow can have a positive effect. Therefore, Based on the analysis of the reasons for the flow of private kindergarten teachers, this paper puts forward some improvement strategies from the government, private kindergartens and teachers.
