基于职业发展需求的角度,从人文素养与职业发展需求的关系出发,分析了高校双语播音主持专业学生人文素养的现状,总结出目前存在的不足与问题,最后提出基于职业发展需求对双语播音主持专业学生人文素养的培养策略。
