学科服务是图书馆发展的重要选择,学科馆员制度作为一种先进的服务制度已成为图书馆业务工作的重点。因高职院校在学科建设方面强调的是专业建设,所以高职院校图书馆根据自身的实际推行专业馆员制度非常必要,已成为高职院校图书馆的主流发展方向。对高职院校图书馆实施专业馆员制度的现状、存在的问题进行了分析,并对专业馆员制度建设进行了探讨。
Subject service is an important choice for library development. Subject librarian system as an advanced service system has become the focus of library business. Because higher vocational colleges emphasize specialty construction in disciplinary construction, it is very necessary for higher vocational college libraries to carry out professional librarian system according to their own practice, which has become the mainstream development direction of higher vocational college libraries. The status quo and existing problems of the implementation of professional librarian system in higher vocational college library are analyzed, and the construction of professional librarian system is discussed.
