河北省煤炭学会于一九七九年十一月二十日至二十二日在石家庄市召开复会以来的第一次代表会议。参加会议的有全省各有关市、局、矿、厂、院校的代表共74人。中国煤炭学会、部情报研究所、省科协、唐山煤研所、邯邢煤矿设计院等单位的同志应邀出席了会议。河北省煤炭工业管理局局长赵帮荣同志出席了会议,副局长、总工程师王彦泽同志主持了会议并讲了话。
Hebei Coal Institute on November 20, 1979 to 22 in Shijiazhuang City, the first meeting since the resumption of the meeting. Attending the meeting there are 74 representatives of the relevant cities, bureaus, mines, factories and colleges in the province. China Coal Society, Ministry of Information Research Institute, Provincial Association for Science and Technology, Tangshan Coal Research Institute, Handan Coal Mine Design Institute and other units were invited to attend the meeting. Comrade Zhao Bangrong, director of Hebei Provincial Coal Industry Administration, attended the meeting. Comrade Wang Yanze, deputy director general and chief engineer, presided over the meeting and made a speech.
