受水利部科技司、农水司委托,山东省水利厅于1990年4月23～27日在山东省聊城地区召开了北方地区地埋软管塑料输水技术研讨会。参加会议的有河北、河南、山西、陕西、宁夏、安徽、山东、江苏等8个省,以及水利水电科学研究院,上海农机研究所等单位的专家、代表共90多人。
Entrusted by the Department of Science and Technology, Ministry of Water Resources and Ministry of Water Resources, Shandong Provincial Department of Water Conservancy held a seminar on plastic pipe-in-water technology for buried hoses in northern China in the Liaocheng area of Shandong Province from April 23 to April 1990. More than 90 experts and representatives from Hebei, Henan, Shanxi, Shanxi, Ningxia, Anhui, Shandong and Jiangsu provinces, as well as water conservancy and hydropower research institutes and Shanghai Agricultural Machinery Research Institute attended the conference.
