《信息资源开发与利用》一书是国家信息中心信息开发部主任胡小明在先后从事统计数据处理、信息系统设计、出版刊物、信息服务组织和信息企业经营过程中,所写部分文章的汇集。作者在该书前言中写到:实际问题的解决办法是很有价值的事情,如果我们能将自己解决问题的办法都谈出来,同样是会吸引读者的。当然听众与读者是很严厉的评判,他们能很清楚地惦量出所讲的每句话的份量,什么是经过思考的,什么是不动脑筋抄来的。要让用户满意可不容易,必须要舍得投入大量时间。我们之所以向读者推荐这本书,是因为我们相信这些来源于实际,经过作者认真反复思考的心得,对从事实际信息工作并希望不断提高自己的人有着独特的参考价值。在以下的章节中,我们将逐个讨论一些对提高信息能力影响较大的观点,希望这种对于信息意识的讨论,对提高信息员的能力有较大帮助。
The book “Development and Utilization of Information Resources” is a collection of some articles written by Hu Xiaoming, director of the information development department of the State Information Center, successively engaged in the processing of statistical data, the design of information systems, the publications, information service organizations and the operation of information enterprises. The author wrote in the preface to the book: The solution to the actual problem is a very valuable thing. If we can talk about the solution to the problem ourselves, it will also attract readers. Of course, the audience and the reader are very strict judgments. They can clearly measure the weight of every sentence they speak and what they think and what they can not do. To make customer satisfaction is not easy, we must be willing to invest a lot of time. The reason why we recommend this book to our readers is that we believe that these experiences, which are derived from reality and seriously thought-out by the author, have a unique reference value to those who engage in practical information work and wish to continuously improve themselves.
