低温下采用三乙胺作为掺杂剂,用一种简单方法制备了氮掺杂TiO2纳米晶。制备的纳米晶用X射线衍射(XRD),透射电子显微镜(TEM),X射线光电子能谱(XPS),BET比表面积,吸收光谱等表征。氮掺杂TiO2纳米晶具有良好的结晶性能,晶粒尺寸为约4nm。氮掺杂TiO_2粉末比纯TiO_2粉末具有更高的比表面积和更大孔体积。相比纯TiO_2样品,氮掺杂TiO_2吸收边红移至可见光。
Nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanocrystals were prepared by a simple method using triethylamine as a dopant at low temperature. The prepared nanocrystals were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS), BET specific surface area, absorption spectra and the like. Nitrogen-doped TiO2 nanocrystals have good crystallinity with a grain size of about 4 nm. Nitrogen-doped TiO_2 powder has higher specific surface area and larger pore volume than pure TiO_2 powder. Compared with the pure TiO 2 samples, the nitrogen-doped TiO 2 is red-shifted to visible light upon absorption.
