There was a certain correlation between the dose of external exposure and the number of peripheral blood lymphocytes in Chernobyl nuclear power plant accidents. It was found that there was no significant correlation on the first day after irradiation, the relative tendency on the second day and the correlation on the third to the sixth day However, the accuracy of predicting the severity of acute radiation sickness was only 50% -52% with the mean lymphocyte count of 3-6 days, while the accuracy of predicting clinical manifestations with adjacent group was 88% .Therefore, it is speculated that human peripheral blood lymph The cells consisted of at least two parts with different radiosensitivity with D_0 values of 0.43 Gy and 5.47 Gy, respectively.
