以前,我厂某产品热处理以后喷砂比较困难,产品表面的氧化皮以及油污遗迹与产品基体金属结合很牢,喷砂工人每班只能喷1~2台产品。该产品是焊接件,热处理工艺是根据外国的技术文件编制的,其中淬火时的冷却是油冷,回火后的冷却是要求采取空冷。为了给喷砂工作提供方便,我们将该产品的热处理工艺改为:淬火后在水池中洗一下残留在产品上的油污,然后立即回火,回火后采取水冷。
In the past, it was difficult for sand blasting after the heat treatment of a certain product in our factory. The oxide scale on the surface of the product and the remains of the oil stain combined with the base metal of the product were very strong. The blasting workers could only spray 1 ~ 2 products per shift. The product is welded parts, heat treatment process is based on the preparation of foreign technical documents, of which quenching is oil cooling, tempering cooling is required to take air-cooled. In order to facilitate the blasting work, we will heat treatment of the product to read: Quench in the pool after quenching the oil left on the product, and then immediately tempering, after tempering to take water.
