新录用公务员正确价值观教育不仅有利于公务员队伍建设,更有利于提升用人单位办事效率和政府公信力,是全面建成小康社会的重要举措。然而,在新录用公务员正确价值观教育中依然存在着教育效果不明显、教育方法缺少吸引力等诸多问题,其原因在于新录用公务员正确价值观教育方法不适应时代发展和新录用公务员的需求。针对上述问题,可通过自我教育法、感染法和的网络教育法的运用,加强新录用公务员正确价值观教育。

In response to the above problems, self-education law, infection law and the use of online education law, to strengthen the employment of new recruits the correct values of education.
