在平面磨床上磨削平面的平面度,一般受磨床工作合运动及立柱或磨头移动精度的影响。对刚性较差的板类零件,还受工作台电磁吸力和磨轮的吃深压力使工件变形的影响。对于平面度要求高的中小型板类零件,我们常用点磨的方法。点磨排除了上述因素对平面度的影响。如图1所示,工作台不作往复运动,也不给磁,立柱或磨头也不移动,而是用手扶着工件,贴着了作台做小范围的平面运动,对工件逐点进行磨削,每磨光一个小局部后,移位磨另一个小局部,最后磨平
