《公共组织学》是公共事业管理专业学生的必修课。论文结合教学实践,探讨该课程教学中存在的问题,提出了改进教学效果的可行之道。
“Public Organizational Learning” is a compulsory course for students majoring in public administration. Combining with the teaching practice, the thesis explores the problems in the course teaching and puts forward the feasible ways to improve the teaching effect.
