我室于1985年对Simoni的直接法作了改进并建立了孕早期滋养细胞染色体的TSG显带法。将这种方法应用于孕早期染色体病的诊断后,在20例诊断病例中发现了5例染色体异常,现介绍如下:
My room improved Simoni’s direct method in 1985 and established the TSG banding method for gestational trophoblastic chromosomes. Applying this method to the diagnosis of chromosomal disorders in the first trimester of pregnancy, five chromosomal abnormalities were found in 20 cases of diagnosis, as follows:
