不完全型两侧双输尿管畸形较少见,我们在解剖观察一具男性新生儿标本时见到一例,现报道如下:左、右侧肾外形无异常,表面光滑,与周围组织无粘连。左侧输尿管,内侧输尿管长7.3mm;外侧输尿管长6.4cm,中段外径宽1.3mm。左内、外侧输尿管起点之间距9.7mm。两输尿管汇合处外径4.2mm。汇合处至膀胱长为9mm,汇合处至膀胱段处外径2.3mm,左外侧输尿管至膀胱全长7.3cm。
Incomplete bilateral ureteral deformity less common, we observed an example of a male neonatal specimens are reported as follows: Left and right kidney shape without exception, the surface is smooth, no adhesions with the surrounding tissue. Left ureter, medial ureter length 7.3mm; lateral ureter length 6.4cm, the middle section width 1.3mm wide. Left, the beginning of the lateral ureter spacing 9.7mm. Two ureteral junction diameter 4.2mm. The confluence to the bladder length 9mm, confluence to the outer diameter of the bladder segment 2.3mm, the left lateral ureter to the bladder a total length of 7.3cm.
