目前,资源与环境法课程已经在资源环境类专业中开设,这门课程虽说是法学类专业的核心课程,但是对于资源环境类专业而言有着非常重要的意义。开设资源与环境课有利于丰富教学授课形式,有利于学生了解常识,有利于强化学生的法制教育,有利于完善资环类专业的科学体系,有利于大学生参与保护环境的实践活动等等。
At present, the resource and environmental law course has been set up in the resources and environment specialty. Although this course is the core course of law major, it is of great significance to the resource and environment major. The establishment of resources and environment class is conducive to enriching teaching and learning forms, is conducive to students to understand common sense, is conducive to strengthening students’ legal education, is conducive to improving the scientific system of capital and ring professional, is conducive to students participating in the practice of environmental protection activities and so on.
