用失重法、交流阻抗和极化曲线法研究了1mol/L HCl溶液中吡啶、喹啉及其衍生物对20~#钢的缓蚀作用。根据吡啶和喹啉在20~#钢表面上的复盖度与浓度及温度的关系,探讨了它们在20~#钢上的吸附行为,并提出了吸附模式。结果表明,吡啶和喹啉的吸附遵循Flory-Huggins吸附等温式。文中还估算了吡啶和喹啉吸附的热力学参数。
The corrosion inhibition effect of pyridine, quinoline and its derivatives on 20 ~ # steel in 1mol / L HCl solution was studied by weight loss method, AC impedance and polarization curve method. According to the relationship between the coverage of pyridine and quinoline on the surface of 20 ~ # steel and its concentration and temperature, their adsorption behavior on 20 ~ # steel was discussed and the adsorption mode was proposed. The results showed that pyridine and quinoline adsorption followed Flory-Huggins adsorption isotherm. The thermodynamic parameters of pyridine and quinoline adsorption were also estimated.
