目的:建立高效液相色谱测定血脂灵片中橙黄决明素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、黄决明素、决明素、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚含量的方法。方法:采用AgilentTC-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液梯度洗脱,流速:1.0mL/min,柱温:30℃,检测波长:284nm。结果:橙黄决明素、芦荟大黄素、大黄酸、黄决明素、决明素、大黄素、大黄酚和大黄素甲醚在相应的浓度范围内与色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系;平均回收率在99.1%~101.2%之间,RSD均小于2.2%。结论:该方法可更好的对血脂灵片进行质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a method for the determination of orange and yellow cassia seed, aloe emodin, rhein, rhubarb, cassia root, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Xuezhiling tablet by HPLC. Methods: Agilent TC-C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was eluted with a gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid. The flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 284 nm. Results: The results showed that there was a good linear relationship between the chromatographic peaks and the area of the chromatogram in the corresponding concentration range of orange and yellow cassia toxin, aloe-emodin, rhein, Huang Dingming Su, Cassia toxin, emodin, chrysophanol and emodin; Rates ranged from 99.1% to 101.2% with RSDs less than 2.2%. Conclusion: This method can better control the quality of Xuezhiling tablet.
