In order to ensure the implementation of the Constitution, people need to establish the constitutional awareness, safeguard the authority of the constitution, and establish an effective constitutional safeguard system. I. Constitutional Awareness Many scholars believe that constitutional awareness refers to people’s thinking, views, knowledge and psychology about the constitution. It includes people’s basic understanding of the formulation, content, revision, abrogation, guarantee, constitutional and unconstitutional issues of the Constitution. This is undoubtedly correct. However, as a core element of constitutional awareness, I think it should first of all be embodied in the constitutional rights and
