目的：研制一种单节段复位内固定器治疗腰椎滑脱症，以获得损伤小、复位满意、固定牢靠的优点。方法：临床应用20例腰椎滑脱症患者，随访平均2年10个月，从临床和放射学进行评定。结果：术前滑脱Ⅱ度15例，Ⅲ度5例，手术平均复位率91%，6个月后复位部分丢失4例，平均丢失率为9%，其中断钉2例；疗效良好18例，尚可2例。无神经损伤并发症发生。结论：单节段复位内固定器可提供满意的复位固定作用，是治疗腰椎滑脱症的一种损伤较小、安装较简便、疗效确切的方法；复位质量的维持有赖于良好的植骨质量和术后适度的腰部保护。“,”Objective: For the treatment of spondylolisthesis,we designed a single segmental reduction-fixation system with the following advantages:(1)less injury;(2)satisfactory reduction;(3)stable fixation.Method:20 cases of lumbar spondylolisthesis were selected for operation with this system.The mean follow-up time was 2 years and 10 months.The clinical and radiological results were evaluated.Result:The preoperative slipping was grade Ⅱ in 15 cases,grade Ⅲ in 3 cases.The mean correction rate was 91%.Partial correction loss occurred in 6 cases six months after operation.Implant breakage occurred in 2 cases.18 cases have good results.2 cases have fair results.No neurological complication occurred.Conclusion:The single segmental reduction-fixation system is a good method with less injury and satisfactory result on the treatment of spondylolisthesis.Long term result of reduction depends on good bone grafting and suitable lumbar protection after operation.
