高血压患者服药的最佳时间人体血压在一天24小时中,会呈现出有节律的周期性变化。即清晨血压升高,下午血压较平稳,夜间入睡后,血压自行调节降低。因此,高血压患者的最佳服药时间应该是每天早晨醒后。服用钙剂的最佳时间一般来说血液中的钙水平在后半夜及清晨最低,白天最高。为抵消夜间的低血钙,防止因低血钙刺激甲状腺素过度分泌,尤其是骨质疏松患者,最好每天临唾前服用一次钙剂。
