Nd-Fe-B磁粉的各向异性是当前日益引人关注的一个问题,对Nd-Fe-B磁粉各向异性形硬化机制,本文对Nd-Fe-B-Co-M(M=Ga,Nb)系进行了较为系统的研究,发现磁粉的Br∥(平行于成形磁场方向)比Br⊥(垂直于成形磁场方向)大了近1倍,说明Nd-Fe-B-Co-M系的HDDR磁粉具有较强的各向异性,进一步的研究发现添加Ga有助于提高HDDR磁粉的各向异性,此外本文还就添加元素对HDDR工艺条件的影响进行了研究,最后本文对HDDR法制备的Nd-Fe-B磁粉磁各向异性的形成机理进行了初步探讨。
The anisotropy of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder is an issue that attracts more and more attention at present. For anisotropic hardening mechanism of Nd-Fe-B magnetic powder, Nd-Fe-B-Co- Nb) system has been studied systematically. It is found that the Br∥ (parallel to the forming magnetic field) of the magnetic powder is nearly twice as large as that of the Br⊥ (perpendicular to the forming magnetic field), indicating that Nd-Fe-B-Co-M HDDR magnetic powder with strong anisotropy, further study found that the addition of Ga helps to improve the HDDR magnetic anisotropy, in addition, this article also added elements on the HDDR process conditions were studied, and finally the preparation of HDDR Nd-Fe-B magnetic anisotropy magnetic formation mechanism was discussed.
