我厂曾先后制作二台Vg=15M~3的钢衬胶盐酸贮槽,寿命都不到五年。1972年开始利用花岗岩以酚醛树脂胶泥作粘结剂设计制成Vg=30M~3的平底平盖单块构件砌壁的全花岗岩盐酸贮槽,经多年运行,无泄漏、安全可靠、不花分文维修费,较其它类型设备造价可省一半以上。这说明所采用的经验公式及计算数据是切实可行的。在此基础上,1978年又设计施工两台分别为120立方及125立方的花岗岩盐酸贮槽。
Our factory has successively produced two sets of Vg=15M~3 steel-lined plastic chlorhydric acid storage tanks, and the service life is less than five years. In 1972, granite granite phenolic resin cement was used as a binder to form a full-granite hydrochloric acid storage tank with a flat bottom and a flat monolithic structure of Vg=30M~3. After many years of operation, it was leak-free, safe, and reliable. The maintenance cost of the document can save more than half of the cost of other types of equipment. This shows that the empirical formula and calculation data used are feasible. On this basis, in 1978, two 120-cubic and 125-cubic granite tanks were designed and constructed.
