红壤砖是一种高级建筑结构材料。它以热带、亚热带红壤或类似的红壤为基本原料,加入适量粘合剂和可能的添加剂,经混合、压制、80~170℃蒸汽养护固化而成。它为解决烧结粘土砖普遍存在的与农争田、能耗大、质量差等缺点提出了新的途径。江西省建筑材料研究所经过一年多的探索性试验,对红壤砖材材的配制规律、成型方法、固化制度进行了较系统的研究,并且
Red soil brick is a kind of advanced building structural material. It is based on tropical, subtropical red soil or similar red soil as the basic raw material, adding proper amount of binder and possible additives, and mixing, pressing and steam curing at 80-170°C. It proposes a new approach for solving the disadvantages of sintered clay bricks, such as agricultural disputes, energy consumption, and poor quality. After more than one year of exploratory experiments, the Jiangxi Institute of Building Materials conducted a systematic study of the rules for the preparation of clay brick materials, molding methods, and curing systems.
