公安机关加强反腐制度建设和创新对于公安机关进一步加大惩治和预防腐败力度,切实提高反腐倡廉建设成效,具有极其重要的作用。公安机关要建立结构合理、系统规范的内在管理机制,公开透明、约束有力的权力运行监督机制,责任到位、严肃严明的反腐惩处机制,重点突出、科学超前的反腐预防预警机制,规范畅通、高效务实的反腐制度运行保障机制,确保公安机关反腐倡廉取得实效。
