为了减少柴油质量过剩,降低生产成本,广西石化实施了柴油在线优化调和系统。该系统使用在线近红外分析仪在线测量关键组分信息,采用内含调和模型的优化控制软件实现柴油管道调和。应用该系统后,柴油的十六烷值平均值降低了0.5个单位,在保证质量前提下减少了柴油质量过剩,并有效缓解了公司储运系统罐容紧张情况和减轻了产品调和出厂压力。
In order to reduce the excess of diesel and reduce the production cost, Guangxi Petrochemical implemented the diesel online optimization and reconciliation system. The system uses on-line NIR analyzer to measure key component information online, and optimizes the control of diesel pipeline using optimization software with built-in harmonic model. After the system was applied, the average cetane number of diesel was reduced by 0.5 units, the quality of diesel oil was reduced under the premise of ensuring the quality, and the tank tension of the company’s storage and transportation system was effectively alleviated and the factory pressure of the product blending was reduced.
