2003年10月27日至10月29日,全国复制管理工作座谈会在安徽省合肥市召开。这次会议的主题是:认真贯彻党的十六届三中全会精神,加快我国复制产业健康有序的发展。新闻出版总署印刷复制管理司司长姜学中主持会议。新闻出版总署副署长于永湛同志出席会议并发表了重要讲话。他的讲话分四个部分。1、进一步解放思想,与时俱进。在这一部分里,永湛署长回顾了我国光盘复制业的曲折发展历程,并透过回顾得出以下结论,必须要解放思想,正确判断市场,以促进行业发展,决不能用计划经济模式管理这个现代的新型的产业。
From October 27, 2003 to October 29, 2003, the Symposium on National Duplication Management Work was held in Hefei, Anhui Province. The theme of this meeting is to conscientiously implement the spirit of the Third Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee and accelerate the healthy and orderly development of the replication industry in our country. Press and Publication Administration Printing Copy Management Division Jiang Xuezhong presided over the meeting. Press and Publication Administration Deputy Director Comrade Yu Yongzhan attended the meeting and delivered an important speech. His speech is divided into four parts. 1, further emancipate the mind, advance with the times. In this section, Director Yong Zhan reviewed the twists and turns of our country’s CD duplication industry and concluded through review that we must emancipate the mind, correctly judge the market and promote the development of the industry, and must never be managed by the planned economy This modern new industry.
