本文从探讨新时期高职院校行政秘书工作的重要意义出发,详细阐述了高职院校行政秘书工作的重要性和重要地位。接着笔者又深入分析了现阶段高职院校行政秘书队伍建设的问题所在。最后,结合自身多年工作研究经验,笔者提出了关于新时期完善高职院校行政秘书队伍建设的策略分析。
Based on the significance of discussing the work of administrative secretarial work in higher vocational colleges in the new era, this article elaborates on the importance and important position of administrative secretarial work in higher vocational colleges. Then the author analyzes the problem of the construction of the administrative secretarial team in higher vocational colleges at the present stage. Finally, combined with my many years of work experience, the author put forward a strategic analysis of the improvement of the ranks of the administrative secretary of higher vocational colleges in the new era.
