越南科技环保部最近颁布外国二手整厂设备及部分机械设备进口新规定。据此规定,下列二手机械设备不得进口(包括已使用的相关零件):
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Environmental Protection of Vietnam recently promulgated new regulations for the import of foreign second-hand whole plant equipment and some machinery and equipment. According to this rule, the following second-hand machinery and equipment may not be imported (including related parts already used):
