关于纤溶系统功能和细胞外基质降解在肿瘤细胞增生、浸润和转移过程的意义,近年来受到高度重视。我们建立了敏感的尿型纤溶酶原活化素(u-PA)EUSA法,测定了35例胃肠道恶性肿瘤和肺癌组织中的u-PA含量。其中30例胃肠道癌组织的11-PA均值为114.3±96.0μg/L,明显高于癌邻近组织的含量(P<0.001)。肺癌组织测定值为197.4±86.3μg/L,邻近组织中含量为68.2±30.9μg/L,差异显著(P<0.05)。以测定的u-PA与所测组织型纤溶酶原活化素(t-PA)及PA活性的结果作比较分析,它们的变化可分成三
The significance of fibrinolytic system function and extracellular matrix degradation in the process of tumor cell proliferation, infiltration and metastasis has received great attention in recent years. We established a sensitive u-PA EUSA method for determination of u-PA in 35 cases of gastrointestinal cancer and lung cancer. The mean value of 11-PA in 30 cases of gastrointestinal cancer was 114.3±96.0 μg/L, which was significantly higher than that in adjacent tissues (P<0.001).
