目的:对根管治疗牙髓病以及根尖周病的临床效果进行研究。方法:选取在2013年2月至2013年11月本院收取的150例(180颗患牙)牙髓病以及根尖周病患者,对患者进行根管治疗,分析根管充填的质量。同时,追踪回访通过根管治疗的患者,从而对根管治疗的临床效果进行研究。结果:150名患者的180颗患牙中,恰填患牙135颗,恰填率是75%,欠填患牙22颗,欠填率为12.2%,超填患牙23颗,超填率为12.8%。跟踪回访调查情况为,治疗1一年后复发或者失败的患者有22名,失败率为12.2%。结论:根管治疗牙髓病以及根尖周病有着良好的临床治疗效果,值得推广使用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of endodontic treatment of endodontic and periapical disease. Methods: From February 2013 to November 2013 in our hospital, 150 cases (180 teeth) of endodontic diseases and periapical periodontitis were collected.
