目的:研究缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法:选取我院收治的糖尿病肾病患者93例,按照数字分组法将其分为对照组(n=46)和治疗组(n=47),对照组患者采取缬沙坦治疗,治疗组患者在对照组的基础上联合贝那普利治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:治疗后两组患者的各项指标均有所改善,治疗组患者的各项指标变化均优于对照组,对照组中患者不良反应发生率高于治疗组。结论:缬沙坦联合贝那普利治疗糖尿病肾病能有效改善各项指标的变化,效果显著,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To study the clinical effect of valsartan combined with benazepril on diabetic nephropathy. Methods: Ninety-three patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital were divided into control group (n = 46) and treatment group (n = 47) by digital grouping method. Patients in control group were treated with valsartan. Patients in treatment group were treated with Control group based on the combination of benazepril treatment, the treatment effect of two groups of patients were compared. Results: After treatment, the indexes of both groups were improved. The indexes in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was higher than that in the treatment group. Conclusion: Valsartan combined with benazepril treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the changes of various indicators, the effect is significant, worthy of clinical application.
