在市委、市政府和省局的高度重视和关心支持下,西安市地税局组建8年来各项工作都取得了突出成绩,为西安的经济与社会的全面发展做出了积极贡献。一、建局8年工作回顾按照分税制财政体制的要求,市地税局于1994年9月成立,至今已走过了整整8个春秋。这8年,是西安地税事业从无到有,不断发展壮大的8年,是地税人团结拼搏、克服困难、经受考验、艰苦创业的8年,是地税机构不断向现代化、规范化和科学化管理迈进的8年,是不断开创辉煌的8年,(一)组织收入持续稳定增长。连续8年超额完成市委、市政府和省局下达的税收任务.组织各项收入总额达236亿元,比计划超收14亿元,其中税收收入189亿元。2002年再创新高,截止12月30日,组织各项收入54.6亿元,其中税收收入36.5亿元,完成年初计划34.1亿
