财政部驻各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政监察专员办事处,各省、自治区、直辖市、计划单列市财政厅(局),新疆生产建设兵团:为加强对中央预算内基本建设资金的监督检查,规范财政部财政监察专员办事机构(以下简称专员办)的监督检查行为,根据《中华人民共和国预算法》等有关法规,我们制定了《财政监察专员办事机构对中央预算内基本建设资金监督检查实施办法》,现印发给你们,请遵照执行。地方各级财政机关要积极配合专员办,做好对中央预算内基本建设资金的监督检查工作。附件:财政监察专员办事机构对中央预算内基本建设资金监督检查实施办法
