新蝶呤是一种从鸟苷三磷酸中衍生出来的蝶啶混合物。自有人发现恶性肿瘤患者尿中新蝶呤浓度升高以来,以后的研究又有了新的进展。本文作者对1984年10月至1987年3月间,66例非何杰金氏淋巴瘤(NHL)患者尿中新蝶呤水平进行了评价。按Ann Arbor分期法,Ⅰ期患者17例,Ⅱ期12例,Ⅲ期15例,Ⅳ期22例。低度恶性21例,中度恶性28例,高度恶性17例。采用第1次晨尿进行新蝶呤水平测定。结果:健康组新蝶呤排泄对数平均值在2.12±
Neopterin is a pteridine mixture derived from guanosine triphosphate. Since the discovery of urinary neopterin in patients with malignant tumors increased concentration, future research has made new progress. The authors evaluated urinary neopterin levels in 66 non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma (NHL) patients between October 1984 and March 1987.
